Return & Refund Policy

At Amber Blue ("we", "our", "us"), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returns must be initiated within the same day of receiving the product.
- Certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, or hygiene products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- After receiving the product, you can return it within the same day by clicking the "Return" button in your order details on our website.
- Contact our customer service team at customer.service@amberblueindia.com.
- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Please note that we return product only within the same day of receiving the product.
Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition.
On return within the same day of receiving the product, the product will be returned and a standard fee of rupees 50 will be charged.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or may be denied.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange.
